tri_valley_bear asked: …your state or country’s health agency and water resource agency were to certify the water safe and if there was no odor to the water?
Most people in the United states don’t realize just how little “new water” is actually available. Also they do not realize the cost of the water. If we had to pay what the water really cost to produce many people would not be able to afford it.

Cynful63 asked:
We are putting flower beds in front of the house and there is one area (4ft.) wide that stays muddy-wet all the time. We would like to have a pretty flowering bush, shrub, or plant/flowers to put there. What grows good in wet, very wet soil? It is also full sun most of the day and very hot!

I live on a farm and we have barn cats. They love to use my flower beds as their “litter box”. Eww! Aside from that just being gross, they stir up the mulch and make a general mess of things. I don’t want to harm the cats but I do want them OUT of my flower gardens! Any ideas?

Abigail’s Mom asked: I was wondering what flowers are edible by humans. I was talking to a friend of mine about this the other day. I am thinking about starting an edible flower garden and I can’t remember what flowers are edible.
So here are my questions
1. What flowers are edible?
2. What edible flowers will grow in South Louisiana?
3. Do I treat the edible flower garden like I would my vegetable garden, fruit garden, herb garden, trees, or regular flower beds?
4. What are the advantages to the edible flower gardens vs buying the flowers for eating?

atomzer0 asked:
When I was a kid I weeded the flower beds once a week for maybe an hour and they always looked great. In my own yard it seems like weeding is all I do and it still looks like a jungle. I’m about ready to give up and pave it over. Can you give me any suggestions?
