Is Soil Meant For Flowers Suitable For Vegetables Planting?

planting flowers
michelle_tmy asked:

If it is not suitable, how do I treat and turn the soil to make it great for vegetable planting?
The print is in German. It says nur Blumen und Pflanzen. Active Dunger. Vorteilhafte Komplett Losung. Kein Nachdungen.

Sure. But you might want to add a few bags of Topsoil- just to replace some of the nutrients that might NOT have been added for the Flowers… Happy gardening! :)

Yes soil for flowers is good for vegetables. I would add a little peat moss to it and turn the soil to mix the peat moss with the dirt. Then plant your veggies and watch them grow. My veggies love it.

You might want to read the fine print on the label and see if is ready for human consumed plant. since most flowers are not eaten, they may have a harmful additive in the soil. go to the website and ask the customer service people and ask for any special offers while you are there.
